MODULAR CONSTRUCTION
This form of construction is much quicker, consisting of the preparation of the "building units" (modules) at the factory so that they can be easily transported and assembled at the actual job site.

RESTORATION AND RENOVATION
Restoration and renovations are also a simple and quick process with the TERMO STEEL system.

Many of older structures were built with wooden or heavy steel structures. The use of injected polyurethane immediately solves serious problems of drafts, using drywall or sheetrock allows old walls and roofs to be perfectly evened which allows the easy renovatation of old electrical and plumbing systems.

Serious structural deficiencies can be solved with the use of galvanized steel beams on either the floors or roofs.

EXTENSIONS
The system also offers a variety of solutions for the addition of extensions on existing buildings such as attics, new living spaces and garages, etc.

The system is often utilized for the construction of hotels and all types of residences.
